meet the doctor:

Dr. Elizabeth Williams-Drueding

Dr. Elizabeth Williams-Drueding (Dr. Williams) grew up in Newark, DE, and from a young age, she knew she wanted to be both an athlete and a doctor. She enjoyed a successful volleyball career during her time at Cabrini University in Radnor, PA, before moving on to medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Williams completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood, PA. Her passion for both athletics and primary care led her to complete the Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA.
No matter where you are in your athletic journey—whether you are a professional athlete or are movement curious—Dr. Williams has the experience and knowledge to help you reach your goals. Her approach is rooted in the principles of osteopathic medicine, which emphasizes whole-person care, exploring all paths of wellness, and aiming to minimize medication when possible.
If this philosophy resonates with you, Dr. Williams invites you to schedule a free meet-and-greet to learn more. I look forward to talking with you!
