What if I have to go to the Emergency Room or need to be hospitalized?

- If you're headed to the ER, we will call ahead and speak directly with the doctor there to make sure they have all the information they need. If you are admitted to the hospital, we will stay in touch with your hospital team. Once you are discharged, we will make sure you are seen for follow-up and help coordinate care for your recovery.
- It is rare for outpatient doctors to care for their patients in the hospital these days. While we cannot provide our excellent care to you in the hospital, we can provide information to your medical team and help with your transition home.
